Following a year that introduced him to international success, James McCartney is already headed towards an exciting and unprecedented 2013.

McCartney is fresh off the release of his two digital-only EPs, Available Light and Close At Hand, as well as his first physical release, The Complete EP Collection, a special two-disc set produced by David Kahne and Paul McCartney that includes the debut EPs in their entirety along with five bonus tracks. Now in the studio once again, James McCartney is preparing to release what will be his first full-length album in 2013, accompanied by major US and European tours.

The US tour will bring McCartney to over 50 cities coast-to-coast as he performs a unique solo-acoustic show of never before-heard material mixed with fan favorites. Accompanying himself on guitar and piano, McCartney's soaring vocals, songwriting, and musicianship are highlighted in this intimate and powerful setting.

The success of The Complete EP Collection catapulted McCartney to national awareness in America with his
U.S. television debut on The Late Show with David Letterman. McCartney followed with his first tour of North America. Of McCartney's performances The NY Daily News writes: "An infectious set . . . [he] has clearly forged a winning sound of his own." The Boston Globe adds: ". . . the younger McCartney's promising pop-rock tunes make clear he's learned a few lessons about melody, phrasing, and charm."

Looking forward to the thrilling year ahead, the next phase of his career is beginning to take shape and McCartney's goals are clear. "Some artists are happy doing the same thing again and again, but my favorite artists are the ones who evolve and grow, and I want to be one of them." With a new album and multiple tours on the way in 2013, James McCartney continues raise the stakes, and in doing so he succeeds in filling some very
big shoes . . . his own.

“Have you ever gotten to where you were intending to go and then wondered why you wanted to go there in the first place?” asks singer/songwriter Scott James when queried about the title of his six-song EP. “That’s Destinesia. I love this word because the meaning can run shallow or deep, depending on the circumstances each of us is dealing with.”

Destinesia features six tracks penned by Scott, who accompanies himself on guitar and piano. His candid, emotional songs seamlessly blend layers of pop, rock and blues, compelling listeners to reflect. The collection was produced by GRAMMY®-nominated producer/composer/multi-instrumentalist Joe DiBlasi, who, like Scott, first gained recognition for his prowess on the guitar. “I don’t think I’ve heard another 17-year-old that has near the same amount of passion in his playing,” marvels DiBlasi.

“When I met Scott, he was a fantastic guitar player,” recalls Jimmy Jam, GRAMMY-winning producer and former chair of the Recording Academy. “He has since added vocalist, singer and songwriter.” "His vocals sing with a uniqueness and passion that touches all age audiences,” notes renowned vocal coach Roger Love, who has worked with Scott and a long list of chart-topping artists.

Raised in Thousand Oaks, California, Scott discovered his passion for music at an early age – and there was no turning back. A natural on the piano, he also picked up the “much cooler guitar” and quickly developed his skills with the instrument. He began writing and performing songs at the age of 12, quickly cementing his place on the local music scene as a young musical prodigy. Remarkably focused, Scott left high school in his sophomore year and began taking independent study courses so that he could devote more time to his music.

In addition to playing local clubs such as Hotel Café, the Whisky a Go Go and Zoey’s Café, Scott has performed across the U.S. and abroad, winning intensely loyal fans along the way, including a Brazilian contingent that has posted Portuguese translations of his songs on YouTube. Songwritingand performing have always provided Scott with a creative escape and a meaningful way to connect with others. Eager to share his new music with fans in advance of the EP’s release, Scott posted the video for “Garden,” the haunting first single from Destinesia, on his social sites and it elicited an overwhelmingly positive reaction from fans and quickly racked up a quarter of a million views.

“There is something about music that clarifies life and allows me to express my feelings in the most honest way,” says Scott, who cites Bob Dylan, Jeff Buckley and John Mayer among his influences. “It’s hard to describe, but I know my life would be empty without it.”
